Status of this notice
This page is an informational draft describing the current technical operation. It should not be treated as a final disclosure notice until the controller’s identity, request channels, legal grounds for each purpose, retention periods, and any international-transfer mechanism have been completed.
Processing activities
Connection and request information may be used to deliver the site, answer IP queries, and investigate technical issues. The queried IP is sent to a third-party location provider. Analytics, maps, and fonts create separate service connections. The Privacy page describes the technical operation in more detail.
Legal grounds and transfers
The controller must establish the applicable statutory condition for each processing activity based on its actual purpose and circumstances. Visiting the site alone does not constitute explicit consent to every activity. Analytics cookies and international transfers require separate assessment.
Data-subject rights
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data are processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and recipients, seek correction or deletion where conditions apply, request notification of these actions to recipients, object to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
