DNS Query and IP Address Relationship
What is DNS?
DNS (Domain Name System) is a system that converts domain names (e.g., google.com) to IP addresses (e.g., 8.8.8.8). Without DNS, we would need to memorize IP addresses to access websites.
How Does DNS Work?
When you type a domain name, your browser first sends a query to DNS servers. The DNS server converts the domain name to an IP address, and your browser connects to that IP address.
DNS and IP Address Relationship
DNS acts as a bridge between domain names and IP addresses. You can perform DNS queries to learn a website's IP address.
